Job Title:

Distribution Warehouse Associate

Shift: 1st

Payrate: $19.00

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated Distribution Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for unloading inbound freight, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment and available to work weekends as needed.

Schedule:

* 1st Shift starting at 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM

* Weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities:

* Unload incoming trailers and verify product counts against shipping documents

* Accurately pick products using order tickets, RF scanners, or pick lists

* Pack orders securely to ensure safe transport and minimize damage

* Label, stage, and prepare completed orders for shipment

* Assist with loading outbound shipments as required

* Maintain organized inventory locations and clean work areas

* Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified)

* Follow all safety procedures and company warehouse guidelines

Qualifications:

* Previous distribution or warehouse experience preferred

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

* Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout shift

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment

* Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

* Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed

Work Environment:

* Fast-paced distribution warehouse

* Exposure to varying temperatures depending on department

* Use of warehouse equipment and material handling tools
