The role is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer has a tire-related failure, a Technician is dispatched to the customer's location to repair or change the tire. The Technician is expected to be roadside when performing their job duties. When there are no service calls, Technicians help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.

Shift information: mandatory on-call rotation. After-hours service calls are paid at double-time with a minimum of 2 hours per call. Example: if a Technician accepts, arrives, and completes a call in 45 minutes, they will receive an additional 1 hour 15 minutes of double-time pay.

Pay range: $19.00 - $21.00/hr

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous Commercial Service Tire experience

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
