We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to maintain our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our large campus. Your work will help prevent failures, minimize downtime, and support our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop units - Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers

Minimum Qualifications- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Legal work in the US
- Willingness to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
- At least 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment service, refrigeration, electrical troubleshooting, and gas systems
