As a Wireless Sales Professional you will help shoppers connect with wireless products and solutions they want and need. Sales Pros are the go‑to experts for our customers, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving—and we are hiring now.

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets.
• Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.
• Maintain stocked and flawless planogram displays.

• Display a high‑energy personality and ability to start conversations.

• Stay hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Provide fantastic service while demonstrating integrity.
• Stand/move around for an 8‑10 hour shift.
• Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in‑store and online training.
