Job Overview

Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor and offer them assistance. They are tech savvy and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and ensure entertainment displays are maintained throughout the day.

Hourly wage: $17–$30 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
