Sales Team Member – Ashley Furniture Industries

• Deliver world‑class service and create guest delight.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional front‑desk presence and engage guests respectfully.
• Process sales orders accurately, adhere to cash handling protocols, and assist with credit and financing paperwork.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Support store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily checklists.
• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention, participating in bi‑annual inventory checks.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift, tug and pull 25 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience (preferred).
• Outgoing, friendly and eager to engage with customers.
• Excellent communication skills that inspire action.
• Creative, enthusiastic about sharing fresh ideas.
• Flexible to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and maintains good attendance.

The first two weeks of training are paid at the hourly rate of $16.90 (minimum wage in the local market). After training, the hourly rate remains unchanged and incentive eligibility begins. The position may earn bi‑weekly and monthly incentives as well as a quarterly written sales bonus (0.25%–30% on products, with bonus potential $0–$3,500 per quarter based on performance).
