We’re looking for pop culture enthusiasts to create the best experience for our customers. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll help lead our brand by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and merchandising products, and enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through product knowledge and excellent service.
• Maintain visual standards by covering sales floor zones and assisting with planogram changes.
• Process sales transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge and promoting additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Assist in maintaining organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience; passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay rate: $16.50 - $17 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, location, experience, and other factors.
