You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. It is your responsibility to make your store a success.

Pay Range: $29.5 per hour - $32.5 per hour. Within the range, pay varies by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to modify bonus programs at any time.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, work areas may be hot with steam from steam tables and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally required to stand for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with effective verbal communication and adaptability.
