Job Description: As a part of Cosmoprof, the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, you will be part of a mission to empower customers to express themselves through hair and beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor's primary goal is to create a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We provide training to enhance your knowledge, and you bring your passion and personality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using a ladder, with or without accommodations.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors.
Physical Conditions: Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, lifting moderately heavy items, and working around moving parts or chemicals.
