Server – Out West Restaurant Group

Salary: $16.50 – $16.50 per hour,
Deadline: 12.31.2025

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, & attentive service tailored to preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of food & drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders.
• Assist with assembly of prepared food and condiments following Outback standards; check orders for accuracy and review with guests before handoff.
• Team player: buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed.
• Comply with safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shift.

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot & cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing duties.
• California positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training, up to 60 days after start).
