As a Server, you’ll help provide each customer with an AUS-SOME dining experience that makes each guest’s day better.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with assembling prepared food and condiments, following Outback standards. Check orders for accuracy and review with guests prior to delivery.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is utilized. Teamwork is essential.
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential duties.
• For California-based positions:
  Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
