Pay: $80-$83 PER HOUR

• Perform patient assessments (history, medications, allergies, lab results) Verify informed consent.
• Start IV lines and administer pre-procedure medications.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Ensure compliance with procedural safety protocols.

• Assist interventional radiologists during procedures.
• Administer and monitor moderate (conscious) sedation.
• Continuously monitor cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and level of consciousness.
• Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety.
• Document medications, vital signs, and procedural events.

• Monitor patients in recovery for complications (bleeding, hematoma, respiratory depression).
• Manage pain and administer medications.
• Assess puncture sites and vascular access.
• Provide discharge instructions and education.
• Coordinate follow-up care.

Type of facility:
Outpatient

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State-specific)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• ACLS certification preferred/required
• Moderate sedation certification (if applicable)
• Minimum 1–2 years of critical care, ICU, ER, or procedural nursing experience preferred.
