Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis at our new clinic in Dinuba. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Clinic is closed 1 hour for lunch). Elite Providers are responsible to:

Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions. Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care. Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.

Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 8 to 18 patients daily). Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines. Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
