• Operate and Shape:
  Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands.
• Prepare and Set Up:
  Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
• Lift and Position Materials:
  Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Ensure Quality:
  Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Contribute to Improvement:
  Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize:
  Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.

The expected pay scale for this role is $21.73– $23.33 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for monthly bonus, health, and welfare benefits and 401(k) match in accordance with Blue Scope policies.
