Arconic is currently searching for a Flex Team Lead to join our Kawneer Team in Visalia
. The Flex Team Lead will back up other leads during vacations or leaves, fill in for manning shortages in fabrication lines, and assist with training. Base pay is $26.88 per hour.

• Adhere to all Kawneer rules and regulations.
• Identify material by part number and product finish.
• Back up and support Leadmen as needed.
• Train employees as directed by Manager.
• Backfill production positions based on business needs.
• Read and interpret custom and standard take‑off sheets, cut lists, and templates by others to verify location of hardware.
• Verify all measurements for accuracy and quality.
• Perform JDE transactions for packaging.
• Identify and retrieve all needed hardware from storage as needed.
• Mark proper identification on all jobs.
• Follow the MDR scrap material process.
• Clean work area, tools, and equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and report errors.
• Complete checklists, reports, and logs as needed.
• Support project managers, takeoff, and PC as needed.
• Support and work with other support departments.
• Show flexibility to other positions as required for business needs.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to six months related work experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as custom take‑offs, outside hardware templates, instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondences.
• Effective communication with employees and supervisors.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Common-sense application to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Ability to resolve minor problems in standard work situations.
• Measurement to 1/32 of an inch.

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work 12‑hour days.
• Wear required PPE.
• Ability to bend and twist repetitively.
