Base Salary + Commission: $70,304 base + commission
Haulaway Storage Containers is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive local sales growth while leading daily container operations. This role blends customer-facing sales leadership with hands-on operational oversight in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts
- Lead drivers and yard teams to deliver reliable service
- Oversee dispatch, routing, and container logistics
- Ensure safety, compliance, and service quality
- Manage sales pipeline and customer activity in Salesforce

- Sales or operations leadership experience
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment
