Job Summary: SCA is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Parking Lot Helper. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented and has excellent teamwork skills.

Rate of Pay: Starting at $18 per hour

Schedule: Thursday-Sunday (Night Shifts-10 hours)

• You will be outside most of the day, cleaning the storefronts of retail properties. This may include using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues.
• You will be provided proper safety equipment (PPE) and will need to wear boots.
• Complete assigned job(s) in the time allotted.
• Perform labor duties as required by team lead.
• Perform litter pick-up along highways.
• Perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties.

• Driver’s License
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
