The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a multi-operations Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the front-of-house leadership of all restaurant and bar operations at Wuksachi Lodge and Lodgepole Grill. This position ensures exceptional guest service, operational leadership, financial accountability and will bring experienced hospitality professionalism to a company that offers career growth and exciting opportunities.

PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $70,304 – $73,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Lead all front-of-house operations for all restaurant, bar and grill outlets
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards, guest engagement, and quality assurance
- Hire, onboard, train, schedule and manage front-of-house team members
- Manage inventory, ordering, receivng, storage, and usage of beverage and front-of-house supplies
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, food safety regulations, and company policies
- Partner closely with Executive Chef and culinary leadership to align service and culinary execution
- Ability to drive company vehicles to support multiple operations on property
- Minimum of 5 years of high-volume, food and beverage management experience required, with previous experience in resort, lodging or remote hospitality environments preferred
- Ability to communicate through oral and written skills with staff, creating a positive work environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- No degree required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
