• Deliver compassionate, hands‑on care to residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more
• Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork

• Are a current CNA in the state of California
  , or have completed an approved OBRA training program
• Are passionate about supporting seniors with dignity and respect
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, energetic, and uplifting team environment
• Have strong communication skills and a positive, resident-centered mindset
