• Deliver direct care and support with compassion and respect
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, feeding, etc.
• Promote a homelike, safe environment while upholding resident dignity
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

• Are a current CNA in California (or have completed an approved OBRA program)
• Are passionate about providing quality care to seniors
• Enjoy a collaborative and engaging team culture
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
