Valid substitute permit, or valid teaching credential. To inquire and/or apply for a substitute permit, please call or come in and speak to a Credentials Technician. Countywide Substitute Fingerprint Clearance.

Teacher of the Severely Handicapped serves students with the most severe handicapping conditions. Some students need total care while others function somewhat independently. All services are provided pursuant to an individual educational plan developed for the children.
