What You ll Need to Succeed:

• Active medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric and gynecological emergency care
• Strong clinical skills in managing labor and delivery, including emergent gynecological cases
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital setting
• Excellent communication and patient management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Level III NICU care
• Familiarity with residency programs, especially rotations involving Family Medicine
• Knowledge of anesthesia coverage protocols for obstetric emergencies
• Prior experience with pseudo laborist models or similar staffing arrangements

Preferred

Education & Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice in obstetrics
• Current ACLS and NRP certifications

Other Requirements:

• Coverage begins December 31, 2025
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with emergent cases
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and handle multiple emergencies
• Travel, licensure, certification, and reimbursement considerations as applicable
