Role Overview
- As an Academic Counsellor, you will guide students, understand their career goals, and help them choose the right upGrad program. This is a counselling + sales role based at the learning centre.

Note:

You will be seated at Andhra University to counsel students, handle walk-ins, and support them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- - Counsel students through calls, walk-ins, and video meetings.
- Understand their goals and suggest suitable upGrad programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and meet monthly targets.
- Handle the full admission process: enquiry → counselling → enrolment → follow-up.
- Maintain CRM data and track daily/weekly progress.
- Coordinate with centre and university teams for smooth operations.

Requirements
- - Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
