Skills and Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts in warehouse and loading dock areas
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
• Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout storage and staging areas
• Accurately stage, scan, and organize inventory using warehouse procedures
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance issues
• Support order fulfillment and shipping timelines
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Assist with general warehouse and distribution duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of recent forklift operating experience required
• Experience in distribution, logistics, or industrial warehouse environments preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment safely in a fast-paced setting
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and inventory handling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
