Job Description
The Davis H. Elliot fleet/maintenance department is in search of an individual who will be tasked with assisting the fleet manager with day to day administrative support for our Eastern Region Operation Center. This individual should have a basic understanding of fleet and maintenance operations with an eagerness to learn. This includes but is not limited to receiving and issuing PO requests, processing invoices, verifying and confirming work orders, and facilitating part deliveries.
Knowledge and understanding of DOT and fleet regulations is beneficial. This position will report to the Fleet Manager.
Qualifications
- MS office suite - basic skills proficiency required

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Duties and Responsibilities
- Issuing purchase orders received by Mechanics – Received electronically, verbally, and written
- Maintain a PO database and providing accurate information
- Run and provide reports on open, in process, and completed work orders
- Administratively support fleet and maintenance operations
- Regular interactions with field staff, operations, and customers
