Essential Functions:

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems

* Water heater repairs and change outs

* Diagnose, repair, and replace underground sewer lines

* Repair and replace residential toilets, faucets, and miscellaneous plumbing fixtures

* Conduct whole home plumbing inspections

* Repair and replace water and drainpipes

* Sell and install water purification systems, filtration systems, and water leak alarms

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Driven to achieve long and short-term goals within specific deadlines.

* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

* Motivated self-starter with the ability to make decisions, think rationally, and exercise good judgment

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers.

* Understanding and commitment to a safe working environment.

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

* All successful candidates must be able to pass the required background check and drug-screen.
