Sub-Contractor Trade

We are seeking skilled, reliable, and professional subcontractors to support ongoing residential and multi-unit property projects, including maintenance, renovations, and unit turnovers.

Subcontractors will be responsible for completing assigned scopes of work efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard, while maintaining clear communication with our management team.

Job Description & Expectations Subcontractors may be assigned work in one or more of the following areas, depending on qualifications and experience:

Carpentry Drywall Painting Tile Plumbing Electrical General  Maintenance Renovations and Unit Turnovers Other related trades as approved

Work Expectations All subcontractors are expected to:

Arrive on time and communicate proactively if delays arise

Follow the approved scope of work and job instructions exactly

Maintain a clean and safe job site daily and upon completion

Provide before, during, and after photos when required

Communicate professionally and respectfully with tenants, property managers, and team members

Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship and stand behind completed work

Meet project timelines and respond promptly to scheduling needs, including emergency calls when agreed upon

Requirements

Proven experience in selected trade(s)
Proper licensing, where required by law Active insurance coverage

Own tools necessary to perform assigned work Reliable transportation

Ability to submit timely and accurate invoices with required documentation

Contractor Relationship Subcontractors operate as independent contractors, not employees. Subcontractors are responsible for:

Their own taxes, insurance, licensing, and compliance

Maintaining professional conduct and workmanship standards

Continued work is based on performance, communication, reliability, and quality control.
