• Monday – Friday every week
• 7 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends (Only as needed)
• Our Landfill site in King George, VA

• Repair equipment including bulldozers, scrapers, backhoes, front end loaders, yard trucks, farm tractors, forklifts, and company cars
• Diagnose and repair differentials, hydraulic systems, motors, transmissions, drives, air conditioning systems, and electrical systems
• Preventative maintenance per the site checklist
• Paperwork and admin tasks such as work orders, card files, P.M. checklists, and oil samples
• Service and maintain other equipment such as light plants, water pump, welders, and other equipment
• Reference site‑specific procedures and more detailed site‑specific job descriptions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 6 years of maintenance mechanic experience on heavy equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Over 18 years of age
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical
• Annual Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), Audiogram and Respirator Fit Test

• Require frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
• Exposed to physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and toxic chemicals often
• Exposed to physical environments involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements often
• Work in both inside garage, shop or gas plant conditions and outside conditions with inclement weather, heat and humidity

• Respirators:
  Full face OV/AG or half face with face shield
• Full face supplied air in some arrears
• Suit:
  Appropriate Barrier Suite (Liquid: yellow Tyvek with sleeves, apron, booties; Solid white Tyvek)
• Gloves appropriate to hazards present (PVC over Nitrile or Butyl for liquid waste, Leather Work for solid waste, Leather/Cloth when handling equipment or containers)
• Overshoes, Vinyl Booties, Waterproof Boots, Chemical Resistant Boots
• Safety glasses, Hard Hats, Steel‑Toe shoes
