Lead and perform chimney repair and installation projects on residential properties.
Supervise and support field crew members to ensure project quality and timeliness.
Safely operate ladders and tools at heights, often working on rooftops and in tight spaces.
Lift and carry equipment or materials up to 80 pounds.
Input job information, photos, and reports via company tablet and mobile apps.
Read and follow technical manuals and building codes as part of ongoing training.
Maintain a clean, safe worksite and comply with all safety regulations.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure great customer service.
QualificationsComfortable with heights and physically able to lift 80+ pounds.
Willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Experience with tools and hands-on repair work required; chimney-specific experience is a plus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
Must own reliable transportation for transit to work.
Strong character, work ethic, and team-minded attitude.
Experience leading a crew or taking responsibility on job sites is strongly preferred.
Ability to use a tablet and smartphone for job documentation and communication.
Must be able to study and apply technical content—ongoing education is a key part of this role.

Typical hours vary depending on projects, with opportunities for performance-based earnings after training.
LocationOnsite Work – Projects based in Virginia; must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate.
