full-time opportunity is currently available for a HVAC Installation Manager with management experience and HVAC installation experience. This opportunity is located near the Bristow, VA area. - This is an office role managing techs from a dispatch environment
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring apprentices and installation technicians
- Train and develop technicians
- Help installation technicians set and work towards achieving goals
- Keeping the team accountable and holding them to exceptional performance standards.
- Proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Minimum of 5 years of management of HVAC Technicians required
- Extensive residential experience preferred but industrial/commercial experience is acceptable
