CIA 2000 Ltd are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Intruder & Fire Alarm Engineers with 5 years of experience to join our established team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire detection and intruder alarm systems across a range of commercial and residential sites.

We specialise in electronic security systems including CCTV, Access control, Intruder alarms, IP CCTV and integrated systems. We also specialise in life safety systems like Fire Detection and Alarm, Fire Extinguishers, Emergency lighting, and Nurse & Warden call systems.
CIA 2000 Ltd is SSAIB and BAFE certified and holds ECA & FCA Certificates, CHAS accreditation, along with Alcumus.
Role DescriptionThe role is field-based and requires a high level of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Typical responsibilities include:
- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of fire and intruder alarm systems.
- Fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with current industry standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Providing professional and courteous service to clients.
- Accurately completing job reports, service records, and documentation.
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of both fire detection and intruder alarm systems.
- Familiarity with current legislation and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
