Allied Universal - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders in a technology-focused location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials when required, and directing individuals to appropriate locations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting emergency services when needed, and notifying site leadership per protocol;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations through written reports and/or digital logs, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal supervision
