We are Controlled Space, experts in venue, hospitality and event security, known for our dedication to outstanding crowd management, safety and customer service. We are looking to expand our team of SIA Street Marshals in Leeds and Wakefield due to an increase in demand from our clients.
Our Street Marshalls keep an eye out for women and men who are at risk and may be impaired by alcohol or drugs. As they patrol the streets, our Street Marshalls collect intelligence in collaboration with the local police and councils, relaying the information to the Police Control & CCTV Room.
Given the demands of the hospitality industry, availability during weekends and evenings is crucial.

- Ability to work in a team or individually
- To provide a high standard of customer care
- Tackling antisocial behaviour
- Assisting vulnerable individuals who may be intoxicated, lost or in distress.
- Liaise with police and other partner agencies, reporting incidents and able to seek support when needed.
- Be ready for questions from members of the public and ready to investigate any disturbances or incidents
- To respond to emergencies - by raising the alarm and providing necessary and appropriate immediate help and assisting the emergency services as required
- Ensure health and safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to by all stakeholders including but not limited to Controlled Space employees, customers, and venue staff

You must be aged 18 and above to apply for these roles.
You MUST hold an SIA Door Supervisor License for this role.
You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable employment and education history to comply with BS7858.
