• Security positions are full-time and part‑time.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Security positions require passing our drug screen and background check.
• Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guard.

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Lifting/moving up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

No experience necessary! If you have a retail, food service, or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The security officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently, our security officers provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
