The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of the hotel guests and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. This role will also support guest services; guest requests, luggage, room attendant requests.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations/conversations and de-escalate matters when needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic computer skills, ability to prepare security reports.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.
• Flexibility scheduling required including AM/PM shifts, weekdays and weekends.
• $20 hourly rate.
