Safety Amp is looking for a high-performing, self-starting Account Executive with deep experience in B2B SaaS sales and a background in EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment and excels at sourcing and closing new business with minimal inbound support.

Comp Plan:
Base + Commission.
- Prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals on SaaS products
- Identify sales opportunities based on research and strategic reach-outs, expanding our presence within the industry
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, from initial contact to close of sale.
- Work closely with Director and/or C‑Suite decision makers to finalize product deals and drive new ARR
- Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and our services
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts including email, cold calling, and Linked In outreach to target decision‑makers in the EHS space
- Other tasks as assigned by management
- Must‑have:
Minimum 3-5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong record of self‑sourced deals - Preferred:
Prior experience selling into the EHSQ space (Safety, Compliance, Risk, or related software) - Ability to identify, engage, and close Director and C‑level buyers in mid‑market to enterprise accounts
- Strong demo and presentation skills via Zoom, Teams, or other video platforms
- CRM proficiency required (Hubspot or Salesforce preferred)
