Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Orange, VA. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their automotive needs, providing detailed product information, and guiding them through the sales process. Additional responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, assisting with test drives, maintaining product knowledge, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the dealership’s goals.
Qualifications- Experience in customer service, sales, or client interaction
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in understanding product details and effectively presenting them to customers
- Basic knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- An eagerness to learn and stay updated on the automotive industry and product developments
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or education in sales or marketing are a plus
- Driver’s license and a clean driving record
