We are looking to recruit a Group Sales Trainer, based ideally near our Yorkshire office in Wakefield, but with travel across England & Scotland. The role will see you support the Group Head of Sales in Identifying sales training requirements, developing, implementing and reviewing effectiveness of sales training programmes across the company, and delivering sales training for all sales discipline and level of role, including Sales Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage the Sales Pathway to ensure all Sales Managers/ Development Sales Managers complete within given time frames.
- Experience in training and supporting sales teams.
- Ideally worked in a senior sales role in the new homes building sector and has a proven record of delivering results.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to relate to people at all levels of an organisation, internal and external, and to establish and maintain respect both professionally and personally.
- Able to absorb numerical and financial information, distil it & report on it.

Please note this role will require you to travel throughout England and Scotland to our Regional offices.
