About

The Role

This is a performance-only door-to-door sales opportunity with a clear path from appointment setter to team lead to closer
.

You will start as a D2D Appointment Setter
, earning $100 per qualified appointment
, plus bonuses when those appointments convert into closed deals
. Top performers will move into leadership and closing roles, where earnings increase significantly.

This role rewards people who produce quality appointments that turn into real revenue
.

Career Path & Earnings Growth Phase 1:
Appointment Setter
  • Knock doors and set qualified, confirmed appointments
  • Earn $100 per qualified appointment
  • Earn deal-close bonuses when your appointments convert
  • Maintain quality and show-rate standards
Phase 2:
Team Lead Appointment Setter
  • Continue setting appointments personally
  • Train and manage appointment setters
  • Earn override bonuses on deals closed from your teams appointments
  • Maintain personal production standards
Phase 3:
Closer / Team Lead
  • Close deals from self- and team-generated appointments
  • Earn higher commissions per closed deal
  • Coach setters on quality and conversion
  • Continue earning overrides on setters
Phase 4:
Build Closers Under You
  • Recruit and train closers
  • Earn override commissions on closed deals from closers you manage
  • Own team performance and territory results
What You'll Do
  • Knock doors and engage homeowners face-to-face
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments that convert
  • Follow and improve scripts and objections
  • Track appointments, closes, and bonuses
  • Lead and train others as you advance
