Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8-hour shift
Nedia Home is a fast-growing distributor of consumer products, supplying to national retailers with high-quality merchandise across multiple categories — from home textiles to seasonal goods.
We have been business for 30+ years and sell to several major U.S. retailers. Our products are sold in over 30,000 retail locations. We are planning to grow our business by adding more national retailers such as Walmart, Lowe’s, Target
, and more. Our team is passionate about delivering value, service, and speed across every channel.
Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including a proven track record of selling a diverse portfolio of products to major national retailers such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or similar mass merchants.
We are seeking a proven Sales Manager to grow our B2B accounts with large national retailers. This role is ideal for someone who has experience navigating mass merchant retail channels and knows how to build long-term relationships with buying teams at big-box stores

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with national and regional retailers
Manage and grow existing retail accounts through responsive service and proactive upselling
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and merchandising teams
Collaborate with internal departments:
product development, logistics, and marketing
Prepare proposals, pricing, and promotional planning with support teams
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide accurate sales forecasts
3+ years of B2B sales experience with national retailers (e.g., Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, etc.)
Experience selling consumer goods such as home improvement products, tools, textiles, seasonal items, or general merchandise
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
