Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Covington, VA Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

• Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

  M-F, 8a– 5p with occasional overtime

You worked hard for the following:

• Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience
