• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude; create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork
• Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer‑first initiative by greeting and speaking to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service
• Ensure products for self‑service are properly packaged with correct weights and ingredients
• Follow the company Food Safety program
• Assist in stocking and proper rotation of products
• Assist in organizing cooler arrangements and rotating products
• Assist in light cutting work
• Assist in receiving/ordering all processed meats
• Maintain correct pricing of all processed meats
• Maintain neat and clean appearance of all display cases
• Maintain good code dates on all products in display cases
• Keep workstation and the area around the workstation neat and clean
• Sanitize and clean the department at least twice a day
• Attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks, and maintain constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals daily
• Ability to attend on‑site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
