** Essential Duties:**
- Provide excellent customer service to all dealership customers.
- Greet customers promptly in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Make all customers feel welcome regardless of race, sex, or creed.
- Manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining satisfaction.
- Handle telephone transactions courteously and efficiently.
- Promote sales, specials, and new merchandise to customers.
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and recommend complementary products.
- Process payments securely, verifying identification and approvals as needed.
- Verify cash bills for authenticity when accepting cash payments.
- Maintain accuracy at the cash register.
- Notify customers about special orders or back-ordered items.
- Handle customer complaints empathetically, demonstrating commitment to excellent service.
- Weekend availability is required.
