Description and Requirements

The Wireless Territory Representative will effectively and efficiently merchandise products at local retail stores while building relationships with key personnel. This associate communicates vital initiatives and information to store employees and managers regarding new product launches and existing product lines. The primary responsibility is to drive sales for our clients. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and a tenacious troubleshooter.

The Lear Retail Service Merchandiser is responsible for representing Acosta, our clients, and our customers by leading and performing reset and remodel work. This includes executing plan-o-grams, placing new items, correcting voids, and carrying out special merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, quick learner, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in both team and independent environments. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to build business relationships are essential.

What will you do?
  • Lead and organize reset and remodel projects, partnering with store personnel to schedule and communicate work.

  • Read and follow plan-o-grams to ensure proper product placement and merchandising execution.

  • Perform merchandising tasks, including moving and cleaning shelves, displaying merchandise, attaching tags and shelf strips, checking date codes, and managing packouts, restocks, and reorders.

  • Build strong relationships with store personnel and teammates to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence.

  • Report observations and issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.

  • Accurately use web-based applications to manage scheduling, assignments, documentation, mileage, expenses time reporting, and training activities.

  • Prepare, process, and submit reset-related documentation on time.

  • Demonstrate safety awareness and proper equipment use, proactively reporting unsafe conditions.

  • Follow Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service, retail, or merchandising experience preferred.

  • High school diploma/GED required.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

  • Willing to work in cold environments (refrigerated and freezer sections) for limited periods.

  • Able to operate and learn to operate a computer, calculator, telephone, copier, and stand on a step stool.

  • Daily access to the internet is required.

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 60 pounds.

  • Work in cold environments as needed.

  • Travel within the assigned territory is required.
