What You’ll Do- Greet every customer with a smile and run the register accurately and quickly.
- Manage lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales while ensuring compliance with age verification and legal requirements.
- Offer friendly service and upsell customers to increase sales.
- Maintain the inside and outside of the store clean and safe, including:
- Deep cleaning high‑use restrooms.
- Sanitizing gas pumps (nozzles, screens, water buckets).
- Picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area.
- Taking out trash to the dumpster in all weather conditions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full.
- Maintain a clean and organized store—sweep, mop, clean windows, and maintain entryways.
- Cross‑train in other departments, including deli, as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Be a team player and step in to help wherever needed.
- Age Requirement:
Must be 18 years of age or older in specific states; 21 years of age or older in all other states. - Availability:
Must be able to work weekends and holidays. - Willingness:
Prepared to work hard, stay on your feet most of the shift, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather. - Communication:
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively. - Math Proficiency:
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. - Physical Ability:
Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. - Pre‑Employment Screening:
Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check. - Personable and Positive:
Friendly demeanor and knack for making people feel welcome. - Detail‑Oriented:

Punctual, trustworthy, and take pride in your work. - Flexible:
Adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment. - Experience:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is appreciated but not required.
