• Greet customers, operate the register, handle cashier duties, and make product purchase suggestions.
• Lead shifts on a regular basis and supervise entry‑level employees.
• Maintain store appearance both inside and outside, ensuring high standards at all times.
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers while working with a fun, energetic team.
• Maintain predictable, on‑site attendance and support daily operational goals.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and customer service experience.
• Entry‑level management experience.
• Sales associate or cashier experience.
• Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn.

• Stand or walk up to 8 hours.
• Lift up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes, and up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with arms up to 20 pounds.
• Bend at waist with twisting for up to one hour.
• Climb ladders and manipulate objects with hands.
