The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied shifts including nights and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete cycle counts, the Tractor Way top cap process, and hang signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., during special sales events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to travel and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
