The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little assistance.

• Generally indoor with moderate noise; shifts vary from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for long periods.
• Follow safety guidelines to promote a safe work environment.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach merchandise overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required.
