Join us this summer at Camp Easterseals Virginia as the Camp Kitchen Manager, where you’ll play an essential role in creating meal plans and preparing delicious, nutritious meals that meet the unique needs of our campers and staff.

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals tailored to meet the dietary needs of up to 80 individuals, including accommodating food allergies and preparing pureed meals for those with swallowing difficulties.
• Place food orders and create meal plans.
• Lead a kitchen staff team to ensure efficient operations and on‑time meal service.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to health and safety standards.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with meal preparation and food service.
• General knowledge of preparing, cooking, and serving food in large quantities, especially in a special dietary context.
• Ability to supervise and support kitchen staff.
• Physically able to assist with kitchen tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and food preparation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Competitive pay: $20 per hour.
