- US Coast Guard Training Center 1 [Restaurant Manager] As a Supervisor at Blackstone Consulting, Inc., you'll:
Supervise kitchen and dining facility staff during assigned shifts;
Ensure compliance with military food service guidelines and company policies;
Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation for quality and consistency;
Train, guide, and evaluate food service workers, including Cook I and utility staff;
Conduct inventory checks and assist with ordering and receiving supplies;
Address and resolve operational or staffing issues in real time.
